Looking Beyond Symptoms to the Full Story

For When “Everything Looks Fine” but You Don’t Feel Fine

Mind Body Restored offers a natural, functional approach for people who sense something is not right, even when answers have been unclear. We look beyond symptoms to how stress, lifestyle, and body systems interact over time, using targeted testing when appropriate rather than guesswork. Many clients have been told their labs are normal yet still feel unwell. Our goal is to help you make sense of what is happening and move forward with a realistic, supportive plan.

Dr. Jaday Garcia is a Board Certified Doctor of Natural Medicine, Functional Medicine Practitioner, and founder of Mind Body Restored. Her work combines advanced training with lived experience navigating complex health patterns including PCOS, PMDD, MCAS, ADHD, and supporting family members with conditions such as PANS/PANDAS, EDS, POTS, and immune challenges. These experiences shaped a grounded understanding of how stress, physiology, and daily life interact over time.

She works with individuals and families who have tried conventional approaches yet still feel overwhelmed or unwell, using a natural, functional, whole-systems perspective to clarify patterns and identify supportive next steps. When appropriate, targeted functional testing is used to guide decisions with insight rather than guesswork.

Our Functional Medicine Approach to Health

A Root-Cause, Whole-Systems Perspective

Rather than relying on short-term interventions, the Mind Body Restored Framework evaluates how multiple physiologic systems interact under ongoing stress. The emphasis is on identifying patterns that contribute to imbalance over time through structured assessment, pattern recognition, and contextual interpretation of health information. The goal is to support the body as it works to restore balance and function over time.

Our methodology is designed to support regulation, resilience, and nervous system capacity by clarifying the underlying conditions influencing physiologic function.

How We Work Together

A clear, supportive process designed to bring clarity, reduce overwhelm, and help you move forward step by step.

1. Stabilize and Create Safety

We begin by calming the body and reducing overwhelm so your system has the stability it needs to respond and adapt.

2. Listen and Understand Your Story

Your history, symptoms, lifestyle, and stress load provide important context. This step ensures you feel heard and nothing important is overlooked.

3. Rebuild Foundational Support

We strengthen the basics that influence day-to-day function, including sleep, nourishment, nervous system support, and sustainable routines.

4. Use Targeted Testing When Appropriate

Rather than guessing, specialized functional testing may be used to clarify patterns and guide decisions with meaningful information.

5. Support Regulation and Resilience

As your system stabilizes, we focus on improving tolerance, energy, and your body’s ability to handle stress more effectively.

6. Sustain Progress Over Time

The goal is steady, realistic improvement and long-term stability, not quick fixes that fade.
